This page describes the methods for using the website, with particular reference to the processing of personal data of the users visiting it.

This privacy statement is provided solely for the website in question and not for any other websites accessed by users via links.
This information is also based on Resolution No. 13 of 1 March 2007 “regarding the internet and electronic mail" issued by the Data Protection Authority, and Recommendation no. 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data grouped together under art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information which data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose of their access;
Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

PLACE WHERE DATA PROCESSING TAKES PLACE
The processing related to the web services of this website takes place at the head office of RAASM S.p.a. and is carried out by technical staff appointed to perform the processing; the software house Bravo Communications s.r.l., via Roveggia, 122a, 37136 Verona also deals with operating the website. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.
The personal data provided by users requesting informative material or registration in the CV database, are used only to perform the services requested, the same applies to the data provided by users to make online purchases.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the communication of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected with the intent of associating it with identified data subjects but by its very nature could permit the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by persons accessing the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the website and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crime against the website: currently, except for this possibility, data concerning web contacts is not kept for more than six months.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is needed to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be gradually shown or displayed on the website pages dedicated to particular on-demand services.
No personal data concerning users is collected by the website. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) needed to allow the safe and efficient browsing of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this website avoid the use of other computer methods potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
Log files and their conservation
Log files are tracked for security reasons requiring the registration and maintenance of log files and their accessibility by the judicial police in the event that the latter should request them.
To this end, access log files will be kept for a period of not more than: 6 months/1 year.
Any access controls will be carried out gradually and in full compliance with, in particular, the principles of necessity and proportionality.
Voluntary provision of data
Apart from what has been said regarding browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated in the contacts to request registration in the CV database or the sending of informative material or other notices, or the purchase of company products via the-commerce service.
Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the service requested.
It should be remembered that in some cases (not the ordinary operation of this website) the Authority may request information pursuant to Article 157 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases a reply is compulsory under penalty of a fine.
Personal data are processed by automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Please note that for accounting purposes only, the data of online purchasers will be stored for a longer period as established by law (5/10 years depending on the type of data).
Specific security measures have been implemented to prevent the loss of data, their illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The data are processed for purposes functional to the performance of our business and that of subsidiaries and/or associated companies, in particular:
• to provide web interface services (user registration);
• for inclusion in the CV database;
• to provide commercial information relative to the business of the RAASM Group S.p.A.;
• for statistical surveys;
• online purchases.
Data subjects' rights
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article the data subject also has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, the processing thereof.
